Gary Mueller - Chairman & CEO
Gary Mueller has more than 25 years of worldwide management and executive experience in the high technology and film industries. Prior to Digital Now, Mr. Mueller served as Chief Operating Officer of the Luminus Systems, where he continues as a member of the Board of Directors.  His prior software experience includes serving as VP and COO of Global Services Network, where he helped raise investment capital and launched the Polestar one-number messaging service; and as VP and GM of Mitron (a subsidiary of GenRad), developing new software products for optimizing the electronic PCB assembly industries in the US and Europe.

Mr. Mueller served as VP and GM of Novell's Developer Services division, where he managed relationships with Novell's world-wide partners, launched the DeveloperNet program, and attracted 10,000 new developers to Novell products. There he oversaw SDK releases and worldwide developer support, the annual Brainshare user conferences, the Yes, It Runs with Netware branding and co-marketing programs, and the Novell Labs compatibility testing operations.

Prior to Novell, Mr. Mueller spent eight years with Xerox and thirteen years with Eastman Kodak, developing a variety of new document management solutions, imaging products, and high-speed film processing systems for both government and commercial customers. Mr. Mueller holds a BS and a MSEE from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Marymount University.

Sal Catalano -  Director
Sal Catalano is the current Chairman of Chimaera Financial Group, a specialist Australian based equity arbitrage firm that trades the global equity markets. Sal is also the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Luminus Systems Limited of Australia.  Sal was previously Director, Securities Financing Asia Pacific, for London Global Securities, a division of Paloma Partners LLC, one of the oldest US hedge funds based in Greenwich, CT. Following the sale of London Global Securities, Sal was appointed as the Australian head of the AXA SA owned US investment bank, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Inc. (“DLJ”). In 2000, following the sale of DLJ to Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”), Sal was appointed as the Director of the Alternative Capital Group within CSFB International in London. In 2001 Sal resigned from his position at CSFB International and was appointed Chairman of Chimaera.


Ian Pattison - Director
Ian Pattison is a principal of Chimaera Financial Group and was previously the Australian Operations Head of London Global Securities, a division of Paloma Partners LLC and later the Australian Operations Head of of DLJ. Following the sale of DLJ to CSFB Ian was appointed to the position of Managing Director of Chimaera Capital.  Ian also serves as Board member and Chief Financial Officer of Luminus Systems Limited.
